MY STORY: KEREN BEAUMONT PERSONAL STYLIST

It is a privilege to do work that impacts the lives of others.

I understand how debilitating it can be when you don't feel good in what you are wearing. It can be frustrating when your wardrobe hasn't kept up with the evolved version of you. The feeling of knowing you are better than what people can see from the outside.

I know this from two different points in my life, when I was working in Buying, before training as a Stylist and I had not yet learnt what suits me and then again after having my Son and learning to dress a figure that had changed significantly from before.

 

Style should be authentic; I believe that good style comes from dressing to reflect who you really are. Being well dressed is powerful. Not only does looking good give you confidence, it is also an enabler to your success. Finding your style allows you to be seen in the way that you wish to be perceived.

I love working with busy Women and Men who understand the value of feeling good in their clothes and who are ready to do something about it but are not sure where to start or simply don't have the time to do it themselves. These are the people for whom I can make a life-altering difference.

I am a nature lover and so it follows that I have a high level of interest in ensuring that my methods are ethical and help to protect our natural resources. I encourage buying less and buying to last. The world has become engrossed with fashion and has disengaged from timeless style. It's time to change the way that we shop.

 

Before launching my Styling and Image Consultancy, I worked in Fashion Buying for 15 years as a Buying Director for Ralph Lauren and Product Director at Coach and although it was an adventure that took me all over the world, in the end I felt a need to do something that added value to the lives of others.

I run a Styling Internship program and I love being able to teach my interns the technical skills needed to be a Stylist in our dedicated fortnightly training sessions.

​

I am available for speaker engagements and workshops. My style commentary has been featured in media publications including The Times Series, Yahoo.Style, Grazia and global publications are far reaching as Australia and Asia.

 

I have been awarded membership to the Harrods Knightsbridge Club and I am a member of the Harvey Nichols Stylist Club. I equally love working with high street brands such as those found in John Lewis in addition to the excitement working with lesser known brands.
